Adventurous Beginner. Required skills include knit and purl stitches, and casting on.

Supplies
100g of DK weight yarn
US 6 circular needles, 16” or above
General notionsAll necessary supplies are available for purchase in-store. Doors will open 30 minutes prior to class time.
Please ensure you have all required supplies before class begins.

Class Description
In this 3 part workshop, Christince will be going in-depth into different techniques that will transform your knitting, taking you from a nervous newbie to a confident knitter. We will demystify the magic behind working two needles and a thread and help you build confidence to identify, tackle and repair many common knitting hiccups.

Learn things like how to cast-on and bind-off beautiful edges, expertly weave in ends, picking the right yarn, ensure correct garment sizing and gauge, the purpose of different increase/decrease techniques, fixing mistakes and so much more.

This series will not work towards a finished object, but will instead be utilizing multiple swatches to practice techniques. If you are just learning to knit and want to confidently approach any pattern, or are a seasoned knitter who is looking to refine your skills and maybe learn some new tricks, then this class is for you!

Open to all ages, but children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a guardian with basic knowledge of the class material.

Cancellation Policy
If minimum number of students is not met 48 hours before scheduled class time, class will be cancelled and refunded. Students will be notified by email.
Cancellations with more than 48 hours notice will receive full refunds.
Cancellations with 24-48 hours notice will receive 50% refunds.
Cancellations within 24 hours or no shows will not be refunded.
