There are no returns on needles, hooks, books, wound yarn, mystery preorders, sale or clearance items, or any used or opened merchandise. Other items in new condition and original packaging may be returned with receipt for a full refund to original payment method within 14 days of delivery or in-store purchase. No refunds without receipt.
Shipping charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer. Please email for approval before shipping returns. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
