If you are local to the Wichita, KS area, we offer local pickup for orders at our studio space in Revolutsia, located at 2721 E Central, Suite 107.

You will recieve an email when your order is ready, and pickup hours are Thursday-Saturday, 12pm-4pm. See you soon!

I recommend washing any handknit in cool to lukewarm water with a lanolin enriched wool wash, and laying flat to dry.

I offer both Superwash and Non-Superwash yarns. Non-Superwash should always be handwashed. Superwash yarn has been chemically treated to be able to be washed in the washing machine without felting. I recommend handwashing still, but if you choose to use the washing machine, you should still lay falt to dry.

There may be some color bleeding in the first few washes, which is normal. I like to use color-catching sheets as a precaution - particularly for high contrast projects.

Yes! All of my bases use mulesing free wool, sourced from South America (merino), and the UK (BFL).

I currently offer primarily pre-order updates of collections of yarn. This is a dyed-to-order structure, so there is a wait time before you receive your yarn. This allows me to dye exactly what you want, and makes it easier to plan your projects before purchasing! Each collection has a different turnaround time.

Yes, I ship worldwide, except for to the UK currently.

US orders are shipped with either USPS First Class or Priority. International orders are shipped with USPS First Class International. The customer is responsible for any additional fees or customs.

Once your order is shipped, it becomes your responsibility. Please contact USPS directly with concerns.

Yes. I will combine multiple orders from one update that use the same contact information into one shipment. Refunds for shipping overages over $3 will be issued when the order is shipped.

Yes, except for mystery clubs and sale items.

The yarn must be returned in its original state and condition (not caked or wound), in original packaging, within two weeks to be eligible for a refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping costs will also not be refunded.

I grew up in the PNW, lived a few years in New England, and have landed back in the midwest. You might say that my heart is stretched from coast to coast 😉

We don't offer in-person shopping. Our studio space is very small, and usually filled with preordered yarn!
