Knitting for Olive Merino is a super soft, 100% traceable, non-mulesed, extrafine fingering weight merino wool yarn, excellent for year-round wear, keeping you cozy in chilly weather but also allowing your body to release heat when temperatures climb. It's highly suitable for against-the-skin wear for all ages, including babies and children. This base pairs beautifully with Knitting for Olive Soft Silk Mohair for an added halo.
Sourced in Patagonia and milled in Italy, the production of this wool follows ethical, technical and environmental standards, ensuring a cruelty-free yarn free from harmful chemicals.
100% non-mulesed merino wool, RWS certified, Oeko-Tex Standard 100
Weight: light fingering, 273y (250m) per 50g skein
Gauge: 27-32 st in 4" using US 0 (2mm) - US 3 (3.25mm)
Hand wash in cool water, dry flat.
