General Information

Preorder opens Saturday March 11, 6 pm CST, and will remain open for one week, unless maximum capacity is reached earlier.

Maximum turnaround time is 12-16 weeks, (June 3 - July 1), but we will ship orders as they are completely ready. You will receive a shipping email with tracking information included at the time of shipping.

We will automatically combine multiple orders placed, and refund shipping overages over $3 at the time of shipping. If you would not like your orders combined, please leave a note on your order and we will ship them separately as they are ready!

Payment through installments is available through ShopPay, under "payment option" at checkout.

In-stock items purchased in the same order as preorder items will ship when the preorder items are available to ship.

Size Inclusivity Discount

People in all bodies deserve to make garments that fit and feel good. We're implementing an anti fat-tax discount to make this easier for plus sized folks and offering a 15% discount on orders of 8+ skeins of the same colorway on the same base. This is an honor system, and we will of course not be checking qualifications, but if you would like to take advantage of this discount add the phrase FATTAXFREE to the order notes (NOT the discount code spot) and we will manually refund the discount on your order.
